1. Are you unsure of Local Council requirements or would you like assistance with submitting of your Permit Application. If so, please mention this to our friendly sales staff.
2. Is the building to be constructed over an easement? If it is we will need to check with your local council and/or Lower Murray Water in regards to the regulations you will need to comply with. Unsure? Please don't hesitate to ask for assistance.
3. What height are you going to need? Do you have a caravan/horse float? Are you going to be spending a lot of time tinkering? Keep in mind our hot summers -by choosing a wall height of 2.7m and not 2.4m can make a huge difference. Mention this to our sales staff.
4. Would you like to use your shed for storage as well as entertaining on those rainy days or perhaps vehicle storage and work area. We can design your shed to make sure you get the most out of it. Perhaps and internal wall to separate the two areas.
5. What will better suit your needs? The doors in the gable end or the doors in the side of your shed (under the gutter). Keep in mind rear yard access once your shed is erected. Perhaps a roller door each end would be more user friendly, enabling you to drive straight through if need be.
7. What optional extras will you require? A remote door opener, roof ventilator, personal access door, insulation or perhaps a window or glass sliding door.
8. Do you have colours in mind? Would you like to match your shed colours to your home or fencing colours?
